Do you provide gardening equipment and cleaning supplies?
Our gardeners can bring their own tools for an additional R100 fee. For domestic cleaning, basic supplies (cloths, mops) are provided. If you have specific products you prefer, please let us know and the cleaner will use those instead.
What time does the gardener/cleaner arrive?
Standard arrival is between 8am–9am. If you need a specific time, let us know during booking and we'll do our best to accommodate. You'll receive a WhatsApp reminder the day before confirming the time.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Yes! Cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours before for a full refund. Between 24–48 hours, you get a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours, no refund applies. Simply WhatsApp us to make changes — no complicated process.
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep clean includes all rooms you select: vacuuming, mopping, surface wiping, bathroom scrub, kitchen clean (stove, counters, sink). Kitchen extras like fridge clean-out, window washing, and oven deep-clean are available as add-ons for a small fee.
How does car sourcing work? Do I pay upfront?
You submit your vehicle request (make, model, budget), we search our network and present options. A free consultation call is included. You only pay once you've approved the vehicle and agreed on the final price. No upfront sourcing fee.
Are your staff vetted and insured?
Yes. All LTM Group service providers undergo background checks and are personally vetted by our team. We stand behind every person we send to your property.
Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Absolutely. Our Monthly Care Plan includes 3 garden visits + 2 domestic cleans for R2,400/month (saving R400). You pick your preferred day of the week and we keep the schedule consistent. Free rescheduling included.
